Lochmaree is truly a unique and picturesque property located on the southern rim of the Blue Mountains National Park conveniently located only 50 minutes south of Oberon; 50 minutes north of Goulburn; 2 hours 45 minutes from Sydney.

Lochmaree features 2300 acres of directional marked enduro trails that make their way through some of the most spectacular riding landscape within NSW. There is also a 2 km motocross track with 5 table-tops and an enduro cross track with a great ski jump.

Lochmaree also offers great accommodation at an affordable price, workshop, bike wash, first aid kit, all supported by our friendly personnel within a great friendly atmosphere.

The number of bike rider’s on Lochmaree is limited to allow for a quality riding experience and therefore bookings are essential.

How to get there:

Directions via Goulburn

1.Take the M5 to Goulburn. Before you reach Goulburn shopping centre, take a right turn at Union St and follow the signs to Taralga (45km NW).

2.Go straight through Taralga and after 10km, take a right turn at the Wombeyan Caves Rd turn-off.

3.After only 2.5kms, take a left at Jerrong Rd for a full 21kms (making two small river crossings) until you go approx 2km past Glen Rd on your left and then cross over a causeway where you will immediately see Lochmaree on your right.

Directions via Blue Mountains/Oberon

1.Take the M4 and go straight through the Blue Mountains and turn left at the Oberon turn off.

2.Follow the signs to Oberon, go straight through Oberon and turn left at Abercrombie Rd and follow the Goulburn sign.

3.Proceed along this road until you reach the crossroads at Black Springs. Turn left at Black Springs following the Goulburn sign.

4.Follow this road for 25km then turn left at Cosgrove Rd following the Mt Werong/Jerrong sign

5.After approx. 2 km turn right on the Jerrong Rd. Proceed along Jerrong road for approx. 21km until you see the Loch Maree sign on your left. You have gone too far if you have crossed a causeway and reached the Glen Rd approx. 2km on your right.

As with most of our bike parks unregistered and registered bikes are all welcome!

Accommodation and Amenities:

Lochmaree offers accommodation filled with character whilst maintaining the comforts of modern living. They have 2 en-suite rooms, 4 bunk rooms sharing 2 separate showers/toilets facilities, a dining room area (with wood fire, Satellite TV and DVD/video), common area, drying room and a great cook-house (including all cutlery, crockery, utensils, BBQ, stove, fridges, urn and microwave).

Big River room - 5 bunks = 10 people - shared

Mt Werong room - 5 bunks = 10 people - en-suite

Jerrong room - 3 bunks = 6 people - en-suite

The Pines room - 3 bunks = 6 people - shared

Twins1 room - 1db 2bunks = 6-7 people - shared

Twins2 room - 1db 2bunks = 6-7 people - shared


How it works: Lochmaree is available for guys Weekends (fully catered on request!) for small or large groups. They have sleeping facilities for 40+ - ideal for family groups, corporate groups or fathers and sons.
