This is a great place to go to experience a variety of riding types. Its proximity to Brisbane makes one-day trips a reality.

How to get there:

Directions from Brisbane Travel West to Gatton. In Gatton, turn left at the second set of lights. Approximately 1 km out take the Mt Sylvia turnoff and follow the Glenrock Regional Park Signs. Turn Right into Brown's Road for Black Duck Valley

Accommodation and Amenities:

Only camping is accommodated. However there are clean toilets and water.

Riding:

Fantastic! Bikes and 4WDs are on different tracks and there is a large range of tracks to choose from. Starting with a nice Pee-wee motocross track through to the flat track, motocross and enduro loops. More track work was in development when we visited in October 2003.

Four-Wheel Driving:

Looked excellent. Play areas include mud and gymkhana runs as well as hill climbs and more leisurely tracks.

Other Activities:

Bush walking, swimming. Horse riding is available further up the road. Black Duck Valley also have regular camp oven and spit roast dinners.
